Key Qualifications

o Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and collection management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management abilities.
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o Proficiency in analyzing sales and financial data.
o Competence in using CRM and collection management tools.
o Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
