Area Manager - North Luzon

Job Description:
* Creation of strategy and programs for the branches handled
* Sales target attainment of all branches handled
* Area expansion and opening
* Operational excellence, ensuring fast turnaround time accounts processing
* Establish branch presence through offline and LC channels
* People management and development

Qualification and Job Description:
* College graduate of any 4 year course
* 4 years and up related experience
* Customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership skills
* Experience in handling people, processing loan documents and accounts
* Knowledge in OFW and Seaman industry is preferred
