Area Manager

· Maintains an administrative schedule of renewals, payments, etc. to ensure the timely processing of all requirements by coordinating with relevant departments.

· Conducts regular checks and audits and examine all relevant materials and data to protect the company's resources and interests

· Monitors and checks ordering of Area Supervisor and ensure that store %COGS is within the allowed threshold.

· Analyzes sales data thru sales comparison (Gross sales vs. last year vs. last month vs. last week trend) and financial statement. Give out recommendations on areas that need to be improved and ensure that approved recommendations are implemented.

· Oversees the job of the Area Supervisor in cross checking personnel documents, stock inventories, cash sales and expense reports to ensure that all company standards are met.
