Area Manager

Preferably with mall operations and supervisory/
managerial experience.
- Extensive background in client/tenant relationship and
retention.
- Effectively and consistently implement approved policies,
guidelines and procedures set in accordance with the
company's standard.
- Handling office tasks such as filing, generating reports,
presentations, setting up for meetings.
- Must be knowledgeable permits registration/renewal,
compliance with government requirements.
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the work area,
equipment and facilities in accordance with safety and
security standards.
- Prepares periodic reports to monitor progress of works.
- Prepares monthly updated report.
- Handle tenant concerns regarding billing and collection,
maintenance or building problems.
- Facilitate the processing of tenant request/concern such
as tenant ingress and egress, staff endorsement,
construction, etc.
- Facilitate Leasing - Head Office pertaining to inquiries
and leasing concerns.
- Computer literate with good communication skills both
written and oral.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
