Area Manager

The Area Manager for Business Operations is responsible for meeting the established sales and collection targets in his area of assignment by constantly maintaining and building strong relationships with customers in one's area.
Additionally, this role is responsible for fulfilling local strategic marketing activities that are aligned with approved national marketing plans and programs while ensuring that approved resources and budget requirements are maximized.
**Area Manager Responsibilities**:

- Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies.
- Creating and communicating sales targets at regular intervals.
- Monitoring sales to check that quotas are met..
- Setting and implementing performance standards
- Ensuring that employees observe company protocols.
- Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.
