Qualification: Education: Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably Marketing or Business Management.
Experience: At least five (5) yrs. solid work experience in Activation, Sales or Marketing Services, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Essential Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Computer literate, Proficiency in MS Office applications. Must be able to prepare comprehensive reports and is able to analyze and interpret data; Has initiative, exhibits objectivity and good interpersonal relations; Customer-centric; Has good communication competency; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities / Duties: Operations Management Manage, control and monitor all client's project implementation based on the approved implementation guidelines and internal budget; ensure on-time and in-full execution based on the assigned area.Ensure 100% fulfillment and completion of services based on the service level agreement.Successfully implement company policies and procedures.Closely monitor the operating and financial results against plans and budgets, taking remedial action where necessary and informing the Head of Operations of significant changes.Evaluate client's requirements and cascade them to concerned personnel; brief concerned personnel on the details and requirements of the Management's instructions and advice; ensure that all instructions, responsibilities and operational details are clearly understood by the implementing personnel.Coordinate with concerned departments to ensure that guidelines and management-agreed standards are met at all times.Prepare progress reports for submission to clients that summarize the performance results of each ongoing project showing actual performance vs. target, qualitative feedback such as suggestions, recommendations and opportunities for improvement and other KPIs/information that clients may require.Ensure timely submission and accuracy of post-mortem reports to the clients; meet with clients for operational concerns when needed.Leadership Inspire others by ideas and character; influence others towards higher achievement, better task management and enhance their interpersonal skills.Able to think and implement new and innovative concepts, methodologies and ways towards the improvement of present methods/systems; able to handle unrelated and/or expanded tasks.Have the initiative and drive to take action on issues and concerns.Able to perform duties & responsibilities with minimal or no supervision in a timely manner with good quality output; performance of tasks does not need constant follow-up; ensure that the job at hand gets done on or before the deadline set.Effective in motivating teammates and subordinates into giving their 100% performance all the time.Investigate and impose necessary disciplinary actions on erring subordinates.Demonstrate commitment to the job and deal well with ethical and confidential issues.Maintain good working relationships with subordinates, associates, superiors, clients and employees.Administration and Management Support Ensure the proper and strict implementation of the administrative, accounting and personnel policies of the Company.Oversee and supervise the activities of Area Managers, Area Supervisors and Staff under his direct supervision to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of their given tasks and for the attainment of the departmental as well as the corporate objectives.Manage the HR and Admin Personnel in his area of supervision for concerns relating to staffing and personnel audit.Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the direct superior from time to time.
