Job Summary: The Area Affiliate Operation Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the affiliate operations team within a designated geographic area with a primary focus on building a strong network of affiliates. This role involves coordinating, developing and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates. Ensuring smooth operational process, optimizing performance to meet business objectives, implementing operational strategies and driving overall team success.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the affiliate operation team activities within a specified geographical area, with focus on building a strong network of affiliates.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance the affiliate program's reach.
Plan and execute network events or meet-ups to foster relationships and promote the affiliate program.
Create and develop a comprehensive marketing scheme and/or strategy to promote the affiliate program and grow the network.
Analyze and optimize affiliate operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPI's) related to the affiliate operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Prepare regular reports for management and highlight key metrics and areas for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or any related courses.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, team leadership and networking.
Pleasing and professional personality with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Analytics mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Strategic thinking with the ability to align networking efforts with business objectives.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Minimum of one (1)-year leadership and related work experience.
Must be willing to work on field within NCR/or nearby provinces.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Ability to manage stress and be self-motivated.
