Architecture Draftsman

Job Description

* Follows specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
* Preparation of both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD system.
* Communicates with Architects and Engineers, and incorporates feedback into drawings.
* Preparation, reviews and redrafts alongside Engineering team.
* Ensures final designs are compliant with building regulations.
* Identifies and communicates potential design problems to the rest of the team.
* Recommends alternative designs and finishes to the focal service stations.
* Attends to the request of concerned departments regarding needed as-built drawings of the station and/or preparation of as-built drawings as needed.
Qualifications:

* Bachelor of Science in Architecture
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Experience in Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD)
* Ability to draw manually an advantage but not essential.
* Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
* Ability to respond well to criticisms and maintains a positive attitude.
* Has a general idea on basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing and sanitary, and structural system
