Architect - Pasig

This role will report under MIESCOR-Distribution Utilities Services (DUS) unit who will work closely in a teamwork environment.
The architect will be assigned in quantity surveying of MERALCO's projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Execution planning, design and evaluation of assigned Non-Electric Project
- Site inspection, data gathering and analysis of inputs/requirements
- Review of applicable codes
- Schematic/concept design and perspective
- Property and Space planning
- Assessment, review, and validation of preliminary and final / actual design
- Development of technical specification
- Design coordination and clarification

QUALIFICATION:
- Registered Architect
- Must be proficient in these software: Microsoft tools & AutoCAD
- Min.
of 2 years work experience in estimation
- Work Location: Pasig (willing to relocate or residing)

Work Schedule: Full time On-Site, 5 days, Monday-Friday
