Details of the offer

This role will report under MIESCOR-Distribution Utilities Services (DUS) unit who will work closely in a teamwork environment. The architect will be assigned in quantity surveying of MERALCO's projects.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Execution planning, design and evaluation of assigned Non-Electric Project
Site inspection, data gathering and analysis of inputs/requirementsReview of applicable codesSchematic/concept design and perspectiveProperty and Space planningAssessment, review, and validation of preliminary and final / actual designDevelopment of technical specificationDesign coordination and clarification QUALIFICATION: Registered ArchitectMust be proficient in these software: Microsoft tools & AutoCADMin. of 2 years work experience in estimationWork Location: Pasig (willing to relocate or residing)
Work Schedule: Full time On-Site, 5 days, Monday-Friday

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
