Requirements
1. With at least 2 years work experience and:
> should be able to recommend solutions on problems that might arise on site and report to the immediate supervisor
> Must be assertive on site in order to delegate instructions clearly and apprehend manpower for any wrongdoing not in accordance to the company's policies
> Should be able to coordinate harmoniously with the involved manpower on site, project manager, and maintenance team
> Should be able to work under pressure, manage delegated tasks, and accomplish tasks on time
> Should maintain a persevering attitude
2. With or without license
3. Single (Female)
4. Knowledgeable in:
> Autocad
> Estimation and bill of materials
> Sketch Up
> Adobe Photoshop
> MS Excel and Word
