Architect

Manage Project Resource data, ensure that the data is kept updated daily.
- Take charge in preparation of reports, documents, and business presentations with project support.
- Organize meetings; actively follow up with decisions / action plan when applicable
- Support to enforce adherence of project management processes and procedures.
- Communication and escalation.
- Address questions / concerns throughout the project schedule.
- Perform tasks required by the Project Management Head in support of project needs.
- Be aware of all aspects of the scopes of work so proper assistance to the Project Management Team can be provided.
- Responsible to track project changes and procedures updated schedules.
- Review project information and compile schedules in a timely manner
- Tracks the progress of all new and ongoing projects and maintains up-to-date notes.
- Submit any required information to the client as directed by the Project Management Head.
- Report to the Project Management Head for all issues.
- Be capable of short-term coverage for the project in the event of Project Management Head vacations.
- Arrange PM travel / accommodations if applied.
- Retrieving PM data as requested.
- Preparing the venue & transportation for meetings and appointments.
