Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Architect at JASA Property Holdings Inc located in Quezon City. Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with architecture, software development, integration, architectural design, and project management of properties within the company's portfolio.

Qualifications

Architecture and Architectural Design skills
Software Development and Integration skills
Project Management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
