Must be 40 years old or belowWilling to START ASAPAmenable to report to QUEZON CITYCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and/or Interior DesigningBackground in Architecture or Engineering?1- 2 years of work experience in the field, preferably as an ArchitectBackground in Architectural Rendering using programs such as Enscape, Corona, Unreal Engine?Experience with Adobe CC Programs: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator ?Experience with AI Architectural Programs that could be beneficial to the company and ease the workload. ?Understanding light, contrast, and shadows?Able to create seamless materials and form photo-realistic images?Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and RevitKnowledge of Space PlanningAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a dynamic and collaborative work environment demonstrated attention to detail strong creativity and passion for designWilling to work as a part of a Team
