INTERNATIONAL PHARMACEUTICALS, INC. (IPI) Is currently looking for:  ARCHITECTJOB DESCRIPTION: Prepare detailed and draft architectural, structural and MEPF drawings for the Architectural and Construction Dept.Interpret project briefs and meetings with end users, engineers and architects to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.Conduct site visits to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.Communicate potential design issues to engineers and architects.Formal documentation of the projects assigned to the Architectural and Construction Dept.Formulates Budgetary Estimates for all projects under the Architectural and Construction Dept.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of BS ArchitectureStrong communication skills and attention to detail.Practical experience with CAD software, 3D software, and rendering software.Knowledgeable with Word, Power point, Excel, and the like.Knowledge in engineering and construction.Superb work ethic and the ability to accept feedback and have a willingness to work.
