RecruitGo is searching for an Architect/BIM Coordinator to work with our client based in Butlersbridge, Ireland. Our client is a company that focuses on working on projects in Meath, Dublin, Longford, Carlow, Kildare, Galway, and more. MFA work encompasses diverse briefs, scales, and locations: from rural houses to urban masterplans, all are underpinned by a common design philosophy that is inquisitive and rigorous
Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone upbeat, analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses impeccable communication skills in both written and verbal using the English language. Preferably a graduate of electrical engineering.
Responsibilities: Develop and refine architectural concepts on client requirements and project briefs Create and maintain detailed construction drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (e.g., ArchiCAD, AutoCAD) Research building materials, construction methods, and sustainable design practices. Prepare construction documentation, including specifications and schedules Coordinate with engineers and other consultants on project details. Participate in client meetings (potentially virtually) to present design solutions and address concerns. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Minimum 3-5 years experience working in an Architecture firm) Experience in ArchiCAD 24 or higher Able to deliver projects from a design and technical background Lumion or similar 3D rendering software Knowledge or background in EU/UK standards in design and construction is a big plus Experience working in a collaborative, international design environment is a plus Why RecruitGo?
