Graduate of a business-related course, preferably AccountancyHas at least 1 year of AR collections experienceAR experience for AU clients is preferred Good interpersonal skills, able to connect and build rapport with customersExcellent communication (written and verbal)Ability to work autonomouslyStrong attention to detail and organizedExcellent analytical skillsAssertive and yet is polite, friendly and possesses a positive attitudeExcellent negotiation, dispute and resolution skillsHas experience, and prefers, working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-pressure environmentAdaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skillsDemonstrates the ability to work as part of a team Works within the Hammerjack quality guidelinesEnsures quality of work being delivered with minimum supervisionAble to work with deadlines employing a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality Develop and foster excellent relationships with the customers. Build and develop collaborative and open working relationships with other internal support teams e.g. Order Management, Sales, FinanceIdentify, research and collect on past due receivables to achieve team goalsAccurate allocation of customer's payments as per remittancesResearch and reconcile any discrepancies with payments received and batches postedResolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiriesResponsible for the accurate creation and timely distribution of Debtors' reports to managementResponsible for Inter-company reconciliationResponsible for processing credit card/direct debit paymentsResponsible for the distribution of weekly statementsEnsures all work performed is in accordance with processesAccurate, efficient and organized within daily responsibilitiesProfessionally represent the customers' brand all the timeLodging Bad Debts with Debt Collectors.
