Ar-Cashier/Finance Assistant

?Issue official receipts (OR) and NVAR for the payment received. ?Encode issued receipts to eFM system with correct account codes conforming to the standard procedures to ensure proper entry into eFM system.?Check the collection and remittance of the Messenger/Collector to ensure the accuracy and completeness of details.?Prepare deposit of collection including deposit slip. Ensure all collection received within the day must be deposited on the same day or the following official / banking day.?Prepare daily collection report.?Communicate and follow-ups collection from client thru phone calls and email.?Prepare weekly Accounts Receivable Ageing – Trade Local report for submission to Management and respective dept. / Account handlers.?Prepare and email reminder and/or demand letter to clients with overdue account?Escalate the overdue / problematic accounts to the AR Officer and/or Account Handler.?Safeguard the company's interest by ensuring that the customer requirements are within the company's commercial policy.?Compile and submit accurate, regular and timely reports as requested.?Observe and follow all company policies and ethics and maintain strict confidentiality towards competitors in all business.?Upholds the values (Excellence, Commitment, Integrity and Teamwork) of the organization.?Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by your immediate superior.
