at least 5 years experience as Assistant Manager or Manager
experienced handling 20-30 team members
with strong experience in Account Receivable field, adv from Food Industry/Manufacturing
Graduate of Accountancy, BSC major In Finance Management or any related course
Preferably location should be nearby Paranaque ( Las Pinas, Taguig)

working schedule Monday to Saturday; working hours 8am to 5pm

JOB DESCRIPTION: for Asst Credit & Collection Manager
Oversee the credit and collections activities of the organization.
Develop and implement credit policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage the credit risk of the organization.
Ensure timely and efficient collection of outstanding debts.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve credit and collections issues.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the credit and collections process.
Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the creditworthiness of customers.
Prepare and present reports on credit and collections activities to top management.
Lead and motivate a team of credit and collections professionals.
Ensure compliance with existing Credit & Collection Policies.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
Review and approve credit applications.
Conduct regular audits of credit and collections activities.
Provide training and support to staff on credit and collections procedures.
Identify and mitigate potential credit risks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Implement technology solutions to improve the credit and collections process.
Monitor industry trends and best practices in credit and collections.
