**Position Responsibilities**:
**Administrative tasks**
- Planning for his own networks:
- team structure
- client assignments
- capacity assessment and related hiring needs
- team members individual assessment for regularization and anniversary
- promotion
- team check in and goal setting
- Hiring and Interviews
- Internal meeting with other Aprio Leaders
**Client-work**
- Final reviewer for the bank transactions
- Final reviewer for all month-end schedules
- Preparation of special reports
- Client correspondences and requests
- 1099 preparation Quarterly and Annual checklists and YE Preparation for the 1099 filing
**General responsibilities**:
- The TL directly communicates with the PMs regarding tasks, team & client concerns and special projects.
- Supervises the team and works on the Task Management of the team.
- The TL serves as a liaison between the PMs and the team members for the updates regarding additions in the portfolio and changes implemented regarding the protocols and processes.
On the other hand, the TL also amplifies any concern from the team that needs to be escalated.
- Works on the issue resolution, whether technical or team related.
- The TL is assigned as the final reviewer for bank activities & reconciliation and is the bill approver known to the client.
- The TL directly communicates with the client regarding the weekly updates on the bills and bank transactions and other specialized reports upon request.
- Mainly responsible on the monthly closing processes and financial reporting.
Serves as the final reviewer prior to the PMs' review.
- The TL conducts one-on-one communications with the staff regarding their performance, evaluation, and goal setting within the team.
- Communicates with the TBR manager, admin, IT for any team related concerns.
- Review newly endorsed procedures before implementation to the team
