We are seeking an experienced, dynamic leader to serve as our Philippine Office Leader, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations in the Philippines. The successful candidate will drive growth, maintain operational excellence, and ensure seamless integration with our global network while building and nurturing a high-performing team.
\n Position Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Philippine office, aligning local operations with global objectivesManage and develop a professional staff of 300+ employees across various service lines Drive business growth and operational efficiency while maintaining quality standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including U.S. leadership, local business partners, professional associations, educational institutions, and government Ensure compliance with local regulations, professional standards, and firm policiesOversee recruitment, talent development, and retention strategies Manage the office's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation Manage operational performance metrics such as employee utilization, productivity, and service delivery excellence.Lead innovation initiatives and process improvements Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with our firm's values, Aprio FundamentalsServe as the primary representative of the firm in the Philippine market Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred Philippine CPA license or U.S. CPA license highly preferredMinimum 15 years of professional experience in public accounting or related professional servicesMinimum 8 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in a multinational environment Strong understanding of U.S. and Philippine accounting standards and practices Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teamsExceptional communication skills in both English and Filipino Demonstrated experience in managing cross-cultural teams and international stakeholders Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities Experience working with Big 4 accounting firms or other international professional services organizations highly preferred Previous experience managing offshore operations for U.S.-based companies Experience in digital transformation and process automation initiativesStrong network within the Philippine business community
