An Implementation Lead at Aprio works within an engagement team and is responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures, leading work streams and supporting implementations.
\n Position Responsibilities:Provide NetSuite consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients' most complex requirements.Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business requirements.Create functional requirements as an input to application design.Build, develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support.Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote.Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents resulting from the above noted mapping sessions to provide proposed solutions for the requirements for customer approval.Build, develop and test detailed scripted customized solutions and prototypes.Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions.Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.May be expected to perform project management duties on smaller, less complex projects (develop project plans, manage budget/actual and scope of work, approval of project-related T&E). Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.3-5 years of successful implementation and optimization across diverse organizational types.Knowledgeable in change management principles or organizational development.Ability to create and refine functional requirements for application design and develop detailed functional designs for business solutions and prototypes.Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing tests for business solutions.Skilled in conducting business process mapping and gathering requirements both on-site and remotely to determine configuration needs.Capable of building, developing, and testing detailed scripted solutions and prototypes.Familiar with NetSuite workflows (e.g., Sales/Quote Development, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, S&OP, Financial Reporting) and adept at applying best practices to client configurations.Strong oral and written communication abilities, including proficiency in MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.Proficient in managing both personal and team projects.Experience with NetSuite's Warehouse Management and Material Readiness Planning modules a must.Experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting module a plus.Experience with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse module a plus.NetSuite certifications are preferred.
