Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a CRM Data Integration Specialist to join their dynamic team. Aprio is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Data Integration Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our client and prospect data within our CRM system, HubSpot. You will be responsible for extracting, cleaning, transforming, and importing data from various sources, including Excel spreadsheets and other CRMs, into HubSpot.
\n Position Responsibilities: Data Extraction: Retrieve data from diverse sources, including Excel spreadsheets and other CRM systems.Data Cleansing: Scrutinize data for inconsistencies, errors, duplicates, and missing information. Implement data cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Data Mapping: Establish clear mappings between data fields from different sources and HubSpot's corresponding fields, ensuring data consistency.Data Migration: Transfer cleaned and mapped data into the HubSpot CRM platform, preserving data integrity throughout the process.Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular data quality checks to maintain data accuracy and completeness.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data integration processes and enhance efficiency.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data alignment. Qualifications:Minimum 2 years in data cleaning, transformation, and integration techniques.Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis.Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.Familiarity with data management tools and databases.Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets accurately.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of data integration tools and ETL processes.Experience with scripting languages (Python, SQL).Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.HubSpot certifications.
