The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our Agile Management Office by analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating the implementation of Agile methodologies across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, coupled with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and constraints. Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews to elicit and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements. Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, process flows, wireframes, and other relevant documentation. Assist in prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide ongoing support and guidance to Agile teams, helping to remove obstacles and drive towards successful project outcomes. Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to Agile methodologies and business analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Agile methodologies. Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team environment. Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones is a plus. Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) are desirable but not required. Perks/Benefits we offer for full-time team members: - Wellness program
