Join Aprio's Outsourcing team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Accounting Manager to join their dynamic team. 


\n Possible Responsibilities:Prepare client financial statementsMaintain & review General Ledger, AP, ARPrepare client month-end close for enterprise clientsReview month end financials prepared by team membersCommunicate and build relationships with clients Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team of direct reportsManage system approvals for required business applicationsParticipate in onboarding/offboarding of team members (interviewing, hiring, selection, replacement requests, etc.)Delegate tasks to team members and ensure client assignments are appropriately distributed and balanced across the teamConduct monthly internal training for the team (soft/technical skills)Conduct performance evaluations at set frequencies and deliver feedback regularly to ensure the success of the team membersParticipate in meetings (attending and facilitating) with managers, peers, and othersReview existing processes and identify opportunities for improvementCreate new processes to streamline tasks and maximize team member efficiency Qualifications Needed:Solid experience with Xero and QBO is required. Experience in NetSuite is an advantageStrong accounting skills: the ideal candidate will have a BS in Accounting or Finance.Minimum of 5-7 years of US Accounting ExperienceDemonstrated experience in managing multiple clientsMust be an independent, resourceful, self-starter; and also a team playerStrong analytical skills - see the big picture, how things relate and affect one another, within the client's books, as well as businessExcellent communication skills and the ability to work, in a remote team organizationAbility to learn in a fast-paced environmentHigh degree of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-taskPro-active attitude; highly self-motivated and able to work without constant oversightHigh degree of emotional maturity; ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities efficiently and effectively
