Appraiser

1. Conduct market studies and feasibility studies for company clients.
2. Conduct on-site inspections of properties to evaluate their condition, structure, and features through oculars and vicinity scouting/mapping.
3.Research and analyze comparable sales, market trends, and economic factors affecting property values.
4.Responsible for the collection, maintenance, update, and preparation of data needed for writing statistical reports and real estate publications.
5. Assist in the conduct extensive economic, demographic and real estate research.
6. Analyze, prepare and present the results of the study to the management and various clients
7. Gather economic and real estate data in an organized and timely fashion
8. Conduct data gathering from various sources, data processing, and analysis, financial analysis, report writing and presentation.
9. Responds to all internal and external client demands for data and information on the market in a timely and precise manner.
10. Supports leasing associates by providing markets analysis, statistics, and research.
11. Perform research on market trends across the various commercial and residential real estate
property segments.
12. Compose well-written, analytical reports by integrating information from a variety of sources and drawing conclusions about the subject's current and future performance.
13. Work closely with the Brokerage, Marketing and Business Development team to enhance company presentations, possible new service pitches and act as these teams' value-add member.
14. Keep updated on the latest real estate trends

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Licensed Real Estate Appraiser or non-licensed : fresh graduates who just recently passed the exam are encouraged to apply
2. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
3. Proficiency in appraisal software and other relevant tools.
4. Strong analytical and research skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. High attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
