The Solar Appointment Setter will play a key role in generating leads and setting appointments for potential clients interested in solar energy solutions. You will engage with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and online platforms, answering initial queries and scheduling meetings for solar consultations. This position requires strong communication skills, customer service experience, and an understanding of solar energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers to set up appointments for solar energy consultations.
Educate prospective clients about the benefits of solar energy and the company's products.
Manage appointment schedules, ensuring accurate and timely bookings for the sales team.
Maintain a professional and friendly rapport with customers throughout the process.
Update and maintain customer records in the system.
Follow up with prospective clients who have shown interest in solar energy solutions.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications:
Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related customer service role (solar industry experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to quickly learn and communicate the benefits of solar energy systems.
Proficient in using CRM systems and scheduling tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Results-driven with a positive and persuasive attitude.
Knowledge of solar energy products and services is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
