APPOINTMENT SETTER (Travel Account) for an onsite assignment (graveyard shift).
Main Function:
* Sales Outbound (B2B)
* Appointment Setting
Communication Skills:
* Focused attitude and take no for an answer mindset
* Effective verbal communication skills with both external and internal customers
* Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely
* Engage in interactive dialogued with customers through active listening
Problem Solving Skills:
* Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
* Make appropriate decisions on behalf of the customer quickly and effectively
* Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency
* Conduct research as needed
Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
* Articulation of words must be excellent
* At least College Level or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or equivalent
* Must have CSR or Sales experience in the BPO industry
* Experience with Upselling is a plus
* Savvy in using basic office tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, PPT, and spreadsheets
* Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
* Knows how to handle scheduling, reports, and other admin tasks
* Experience in handling Travel or any Hospitality fields
* Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
* Team player and able to work with less supervision
* Good problem solver & a Positive attitude
* Must be willing to work on graveyard shift, weekends, and holidays
*Well-organized, Responsible, and has Initiative
* Independent with a positive work ethic and passion to succeed
* Can Multi-task and be flexible in other tasks that may assigned
* Willing to start immediately
