As an Appointment Setter, the core purpose of your role is to generate qualified appointments for field sales to close, cold calling prospects, build rapport, identify decision makers, and engage them to convert prospects into qualified appointments.

**Responsibilities**

You will play an important role in:

- Responding to 'warm' inquiries to understand interest in the company's products.
'Warm' is defined as a prospect who has responded to a marketing campaign.
- Calling and re-engaging new leads and working on current database.
- Providing qualified appointments to the sales people on a daily basis.
- Cultivating new prospects to enable sales team to achieve the company's revenue objectives.
**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

- At least 3 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales
- Previous phone-based sales experience, speaking with clients at management level
- Excellent command of the English language
- Basic ICT (Information and Communication Technology) knowledge
- Confident personality
- A competitive edge

**Salary**: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
