Appointment Setter

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records.
- Follow up with clients to reschedule missed appointments.
- Provide information about services and answer client questions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of calls and emails.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in using phone systems and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
