Appointment Setter

GenSigma is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development team by calling potential clients, providing follow-up for qualified leads, and assisting with appointment confirmations.

WFH Position
Schedule: GY shift (9pm to 6am MNL)

Key Responsibilities: Call potential clients to introduce our services and schedule appointments.Provide support to the Business Development team by managing client communications.Follow up with qualified leads to ensure continued interest and engagement.Assist the Business Development team converting cold leads to confirmations. Requirements: 2-3 years of relevant experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Knowledgeable with funnel analysis or data analysis.Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
