Appointment Setter

GenSigma is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development team by calling potential clients, providing follow-up for qualified leads, and assisting with appointment confirmations.

WFH Position
Schedule: GY shift (9pm to 6am MNL)

Key Responsibilities:
• Call potential clients to introduce our services and schedule appointments.
• Provide support to the Business Development team by managing client communications.
• Follow up with qualified leads to ensure continued interest and engagement.
• Assist the Business Development team converting cold leads to confirmations.

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledgeable with funnel analysis or data analysis.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
