Job Description This is a remote position.
Scope: Target a list of approximately 100 companies, with potential for expansion Work within specified time zones, likely aligning with Central Time Achieve weekly and monthly targets for appointments set and leads generated Collaborate with the internal team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates Adapt to potential future expansion of responsibilities or hours With performance-based incentives Monday to Friday, flexible 4 hours a day within 8am to 5pm Central but needs to avoid 12pm to 1pm Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the auto trucking and construction industries Inquire about current mechanical and fleet service providers Introduce our company's services and special offers for new customers Set appointments for services such as safety checks and oil changes Qualify leads and gather relevant information for the sales team Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups Switch between different company scripts as needed Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting, preferably in a related industry Ability to work part-time, potentially 4 hours per day, 5 days a week Strong listening skills and ability to overcome objections Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools Self-motivated with a positive attitude and persistence Benefits Independent Contractor Perks:
