JOB DESCRIPTION:
Professionally interact with customers and respond to specific requests by process rules.
While providing customer support, pay close attention to the needs of the customer and show empathy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
WITH at least 6 months BPO Experience
Sales experience preferred but not required
HS/SHS Graduate
Good to excellent English communication skills?
Computer literate and good web navigation skills??
Available to start ASAP
