We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our Non-Voice Graphic Design Account. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and providing exceptional support throughout the design process.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing prompt and accurate information about our services, pricing, and design process.
• Manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with our design team to ensure client satisfaction and address any design-related concerns.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our graphic design services and products.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Education: K12 graduates, College Graduates, Vocational 2-year Course Graduates, or Completed At Least 2-years in College.
• For High School graduates (Old Curriculum), a minimum of 6 months BPO experience for an International account or 1-year BPO experience for a local account is a must.
• Proof of Education: Candidates must provide proof of education, Diploma or TOR. If no Diploma or TOR is available, candidates must submit at least 2 school supporting documents such as ID, study load, certificate of registration, etc.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Tagbilaran City, Bohol
