We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our Non-Voice Graphic Design Account. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and providing exceptional support throughout the design process.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing prompt and accurate information about our services, pricing, and design process.Manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.Collaborate with our design team to ensure client satisfaction and address any design-related concerns.Maintain a strong understanding of our graphic design services and products.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications: Age: Must be at least 18 years old.Education: K12 graduates, College Graduates, Vocational 2-year Course Graduates, or Completed At Least 2-years in College.For High School graduates (Old Curriculum), a minimum of 6 months BPO experience for an International account or 1-year BPO experience for a local account is a must.Proof of Education: Candidates must provide proof of education, Diploma or TOR.
