We are seeking a customer-oriented and highly motivated Call Center Agent to join our team. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining customer satisfaction and the reputation of our company.

Requirements:
Communication skills is above Average to Excellent (Highly Conversional in English Communication)
At least 12 months Call Center Communication
Has good customer service orientation
At least HS/ SHS grad
