Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization's products or services.

Qualifications:
2nd year College completed - With 5 months below Call Center Representative / Call Center Experience and Up
High School Graduate - With at least 13 - 24 months Call Center Representative / Call Center Experience and Up
Willing to work onsite
Excellent communication skills
