Apply now for the position of Applications and Education Manager, and you will be responsible for managing application activities across all Healthcare Business Units to ensure exceptional service for both external and internal customers. Oversee Application Services, including support and training, while driving business development initiatives. Foster optimal collaboration between the Customer Service organization, Application team, and Sales. Engage with government departments and institutions to advance the company's educational objectives and strategies.
Your role:You are responsible to ensure the development and implementation of the Application Services Business Strategy, including goals, roadmap, and business plans.You are responsible to manage resources and budgets, defining and overseeing the roles and tasks of the Application Specialists team.You are responsible to oversee the recruitment, development, and continuous education of the Application Specialists team to ensure high competency levels.You are responsible to collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Business Units to support the development of the Education as a Service portfolio.You are responsible to manage application delivery operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and reporting in cooperation with the Customer Care Center (CCC).You are responsible to ensure transparency in application activities, focusing on financial and process performance metrics.You are responsible to drive continuous efficiency improvements in processes to enhance productivity while maintaining high customer satisfaction.You are responsible to facilitate effective communication between local Sales, the Application team, and technical services.You are responsible to ensure compliance with national and local regulations, safety standards, and Siemens Healthcare operational guidelines.You are responsible to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multiple departments and functional areas.You are responsible to develop and maintain relationships with government departments and healthcare institutions to align on educational initiatives.You are responsible to advocate and collaborate for the company's educational objectives and strategies in discussions with external stakeholders including access to care projects.Your expertise:You have a degree in a medical field or business administration with medical background, e.g. BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.You have minimum 15+ years of work experience.
