JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in reporting and data analytics
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and technical aptitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, MS Access, and MS Excel
- Advanced knowledge of MS SharePoint, MS PowerApps, VBA Excel Macros, and SQL is an advantage
- Passion for business and industry research, with data-driven insight generation skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain reports for Service Desk and Telecom Expense Management (TEM)
- Optimize statistical efficiency and data quality through effective data collection systems
- Acquire data from various sources and maintain data governance processes
- Analyze trends or patterns in complex data sets to support key performance indicators
- Visualize digital analytics and showcase insights using BI Tools
- Identify opportunities for automation using various technologies
- Provide ad hoc reports and analysis to business teams
