Qualifications
IT graduate or Industrial Engineering or any related course; with good scholastic recordsHas at least 4 years' experience as Application Support - Is proactive, resourceful, fast learnerHas experience in documentation (e.g., process flow, UAT, user's manuals, etc.)Must have SAP Materials Management knowledge. Aside from SAP, candidate needs to have experience in supporting other Applications.Candidate needs to identify what are the issues or tickets they are handling.Candidate needs to have experience in Ticketing Systems.Willing to work onsite (currently, on a hybrid setup)Can work under pressure; multi-taskerCan work overtime or after office hoursHealthy – no depression or anxiety, fit to work, physically fitHas very good communication skillsHas very good analytical skillsPayments system knowledge is a plus.

Facilitates seamless integration between the Back Office applications and the business linesSees that production issues are responded to in a timely mannerEvaluates problem resolutions and delivery of application changes to anticipate impact to business and users in order to keep the user community well informedProvides assistance to frontline tasks when the need arisesManages ticketed query system and ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to dateMaintains and updates technical documents and proceduresKeeps track of business operations documentation to ensure clear identification of the business issueManages coordination with the teamPrepares weekly maintenance and upgrading specific requirementsProvides support to IT analysis and development team.
