Application Support (Mid-Senior Level)

We're on the lookout for Application Support (Mid-Senior Level) professionals to join our dynamic team!
If you have a passion for technology, strong SQL skills, and experience in cloud services, this could be the perfect role for you.
Location: BGC Taguig
Set-up: Hybrid (Onsite - 3 Days/Per Week - WFH 2 Days/Per Week)
Shift: Day shift (M-F)
Salary: PHP 70,000 - 90,000 (depends on experience)

QUALIFICATIONS:
-- Availability: Ready to start this December or early January.
-- SQL Expertise: Strong skills in writing SQL queries/scripts from scratch, understanding stored procedures, tables, joins, etc.
-- Experience: Over 3 years in a similar role, ideally in the technology or financial sector.
-- Relational Databases: Proficient in SQL Server/PostgresDB.
-- Cloud Services: Experience with AWS (certification is a plus).
-- Programming: Must have skills in Java and/or Python.
-- ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL V3 is a bonus).
-- Incident & Problem Management: Proven experience required.
-- Agile Frameworks: Familiarity with Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM, etc.
(certifications are a plus).
-- Collaboration Tools: Skilled in Jira, Confluence.
