Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

2. Experience in application support, with a focus on advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.

3. Experience working with external vendors and managing escalations.

4. ITIL Foundation certification or higher is highly desirable.
