Application Support

- Salary: 70,000 - 90,000 (Depends on years of Experience)
- Location: BGC Taguig
- Set up: Hybrid (Onsite3x - WFH 2x / week)
- Day shift (M-F)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- PREFERABLY WHO CAN START ASAP BY THIS DECEMBER OR EARLY HALF OF JANUARY
- Candidates with strong SQL experience—someone who can write SQL queries and scripts from scratch and has a solid understanding of stored procedures, tables, joins, etc.
Experience in IT Service Management using ITIL V3 is also a plus.
- More than 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in technology and/or financial industry
- Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server/PostgresDB)
- Experience in cloud services such as AWS (certification is a plus)
- Experience with incident and problem management
- Experience in programming languages such as Java and/or Python is a must have
- Proficiency with collaboration and project tools like Jira, Confluence
- Good understanding or have gained experience on at least one common Enterprise Agile Framework e.g., Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM, etc.
(certification is a plus)
