Job Description
- Act as software detectives to identify and resolve issues within critical business systems.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to provide tailored solutions for production concerns.
- Assist customers with practical and complex AI/ML challenges.
- Offer Google Cloud best practices and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize troubleshooting tools to determine root causes and deliver customer-facing assessments.

Qualifications
Experience and Technical Skills:
- 2-4 years of professional IT experience or in a related field.
- Proficiency in coding and scripting languages such as Python and Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) and knowledge of AI/ML technologies.
- Familiarity with building and deploying ML production models using TensorFlow, SparkML, etc.
- Experience delivering AI projects using platforms like VertexAI.
- Strong team management skills and the ability to prioritize critical tasks effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
