JOB DESCRIPTION
AS400 L3 Application Support
The AS400 L3 Application Support will work on new application development as well as enhancing and
maintain existing developed applications and troubleshoot issues encountered on AS400 servers.
The AS400 L3 Application Support is expected to be proficient in all critical functions for the applications
assigned, and is expected best practices to ensure quality standards are met.
The AS400 Developer will also be responsible for: Documenting, developing and implementing technical solutions as assignedEnsuring and adhering to all established methodologies, standards and guidelines, including but
not limited to: analysis & design documentation, program specifications, test plans and results,
design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of those programs while delivering
assignments within specified timeframes
ITIL process sensitive: CAB, monitoring, management and so onSharing expertise through the organization by educating through formal and informal means Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in AS400/iSeriesCL Programming • QUERY • SQL 400 • COBOL Preferred Qualifications: Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasksAbility to communicate clearly and professionallyExperience with RPG would be an assetExperience in order management would be an assetExperience managing customer requirements and demandsDemonstrated successful completion of several medium to large scope projectsEffective communication skills are required to facilitate meetings with both technical and
business audiences, often across multiple functional department
French language would be an assetFamiliarity with AS400 administration a plus

Amenable for Return to Office at least 3 times a WeekWilling to go night shift, rotating shifts, or On-Cal
