Application Specialist (Team Lead)

Expert Application Specialist is a Member of Management with substantial leadership responsibility, considered the subject matter expertise on end-user support, continuous improvement, and optimization of business application service operations in the assigned business application(s) and Business Application Group's platform(s) focused, thus ensuring a high-quality end-user experience. You support the Operations Enablement Chapter leadership in shaping the vision and strategy of the chapter.

Qualifications:
- Must have an experience in Platform Applications & Data Infrastructure. Data Infrastructure - Snowflake - Control-M, SQL Database, PostgreSQL - Grafana, Prometheus - GitLab - Pentaho - redgate SQL Monitor
- Bachelor's Degree graduate
- At least 9 plus years of relevant working experience or working in a similar role.
- Knowledgeable in JAVA
- Experienced in Python
- Experienced in Snowflake
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in AWS
- Experienced in JIRA/Confluence/SCRUM
- Experienced in Data warehouse (ETL and Control-M)
- Experienced in Incident and Problem Management
- Experienced in ITSM (IT Service Management)
- Experienced in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
- Proficient in Dashboarding (Qlik)Experienced in promoting Code to production
- Customer oriented
- Fluent in English

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
