Job Description
Productivity and Quality

Ensure smooth business application service operations by resolving data & application related issues promptly
Optimize and improve configurations and service delivery processes for more efficient operations, including cost optimization
Continuously improve end-user experience through end-user education and training
Work on project deliverables as defined by the project lead
Adhere to SOP (standard operating procedures) & SLAs related to ticket resolution

Collaboration
Work together with platform colleagues on release management activities of the platform applications
Confidently interact with business users on issue resolution and the implementation of their business requests
Build effective stakeholder engagement skills

Leadership

Proactively build new knowledge and subject matter expertise in your respective business and platform domains, with little guidance
Manage and complete individual deliverables with minimal supervision in a timely manner
