Job Summary
Senior Application Specialist is a mid-level professional with extensive subject matter expertise in the assigned business application(s) and Business Application Group's platform focused on end-user support, continuous improvement, and optimization of business application service operations, thus enabling a high-quality end-user experience.
Productivity and Quality
• Lead smooth and quality-assured transition of application features from development to production environments
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of business application service operations
• Lead the development of the Operations Enablement service catalogue to further improve service delivery
• Run/Lead small to mid-sized projects related to operations
Collaboration
• Foster an active collaboration among peers within the Operations Enablement Chapter
• Effectively communicate and lead operations support interactions with platform stakeholders, particularly during major incidents
• Proactively establish and maintain good working relationships with business users and platform team members
• Increasingly interact with mid-level business leaders to align on their business application vision and priorities related to operations
Leadership
• Considered a go-to subject matter expert for at least one of the core Operations Enablement functions: release, knowledge, performance, problem management & RCA/post-mortem analysis, customer engagement, operational analytics, and cost optimization
• Recognized by others including both peers and customers, for service operations excellence
• Stay on the leading edge of business application service operations best practices
• Mentor junior colleagues in developing their skills and expertise in their area of responsibilities
• Identify opportunities for people development and capability building within the chapter or platform
Compliance
• Complete all compliance obligations and trainings in a timely manner, if applicable along with guiding team members to do the same
• Thoroughly understand and guide team members on the compliance, security and operational responsibilities in your area of work
• Work with the platform to ensure adherence to Partners Group's policies

Bachelor's Degree.
8 years of relevant working experience or working in a similar role.

Experienced in Datawarehouse (ETL and Control-M)
