The Application Laboratory Executive reports to the Technical Director and is responsible for the following:
Ensuring prototypes and formulations are prepared as instructed by the Technical Director to support the Sales Team in promoting our raw materials.Conducting stability tests for developed prototypes to establish standard formulations.Preparing and maintaining all documents necessary for the development of formulations. Job Responsibilities: Prepares prototypes based on formulations provided by the immediate superior or formulated independently from customer or sales agent requirements and specifications, or as initiated by the immediate superior.Conducts stability tests.Provides technical training to all sales personnel, including lab training and product training.Provides technical/basic training to clients, including presentations and lab training.Maintains cleanliness in the laboratory.Monitors raw material inventory for prototypes.Monitors packaging materials inventory for prototypes.Attends internal and external technical training provided by suppliers.Conducts training and presentations for the sales team.Performs tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
